New Flats

This month will see Orbit hand over another three flats in the Phase Project.These flats are the first to become available for the Phase Project in Corby.

They are all ‘off the shelf’ purchases and are located on a large development in the town. CAN will, as with all the other Phase properties, be providing the support to clients within the properties.

The properties will provide an extra ‘tier’ in CAN’s supporting housing service in the town.

Client Group

As with all the other Phase properties, these flats are intended for clients who are ‘further along’ in their recovery journey.

To understand the client group for these properties, here are the indicators we would be looking for – for example, clients who:

• have been clean and/or dry for over a month
• are engaging well (and making progress)
• or have left treatment services in a positive, planned way
• are looking to move into employment, training or education within six to twelve months
