Plan B offers a range of support, information and advice to young people aged between 5 and 18 who use drugs and/or alcohol and also supports young people affected by someone else’s use.

Outreach

We work across Bedfordshire and can come and see you in a number of places around the county so that you don’t have to travel far to get help. The team offers group information, education and harm reduction sessions from various venues.

Family Work

“You don’t have to use drugs to be affected by them”

We know that when someone is having problems with drugs or alcohol it can make life hard for other people too. Because of that we work with families to help them find ways of making life easier.

This can sometimes be a parent or older brother or sister who is having problems with drugs or alcohol. It can also be a young person who is having the problems. Whoever it is in the family, we can work with you and your family to find out what changes you want to see happening and look for ways of helping you make that happen.
