Client Involvement is about making sure that the people who use the services provided have the opportunity to voice their opinions about the services they receive and the chance to make a real, sustainable change to those services.

Regular Meetings
Group members also meet every couple of months to share their experiences and offer valuable feedback to commissioners to help shape and influence service provision across the County of Northamptonshire.
