There has been a considerable amount of change in CAN over the year. It says much for the team that they have succeeded in maintaining the quality of service through this period of upheaval. 97% Satisfaction rate in latest feedback survey

The results from our latest feedback survey shows that 97% of clients surveyed were either satisfied or very satisfied with CAN’s service. 182 people participated in the survey which gathered feedback about services and how they are delivered by CAN staff. 99% said CAN is helpful….. “CAN have always been helpful to me”….. ” I think CAN is a helpful caring service and I enjoy coming to the groups” 97% said CAN is professional… “ I am able to open up.
